A unique blend of excellent, selected Arabica coffee beans from South America and natural coffee beans from Southeast Asia. Composed and roasted to bring out the fullest aroma and flavour of lavender and citrus making the brew extremely rich. A mix of different Arabica and Robusta types in ideal proportions of 80/20, specially prepared for professional baristas. When brewed in a pressure coffee maker, it gives a great espresso with a thick crema.
