Making purchases at www.w-natural.pl is equivalent to acceptance of the following regulations.

REGULATIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE William's Natural

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Regulations define the terms and conditions of the sale of products by the entity WILLIAM'S E-COMMERCE Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Radzymin, ul. Wyszkowska 16, 05-250, NIP: 1251668457, REGON: 369444685, registered in the district court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Register, under number 0000726861 via the online store, located at the URL address

1) The terms used in the regulations mean:

a) "store" - website located at the URL www.wnatural.pl

b) "seller" - WILLIAM'S E-COMMERCE Sp. z o.o, Wyszkowska 16, 05-250 Radzymin,

NIP: 1251668457 REGON: 369444685

c) "buyer" – an individual or a organisaton referred to in Article 33_1 para. 1 of the Civil Code, conducting business or professional activity on its own behalf acting through a person authorized by it. An "buyer" is an entity that during the registration process in the store - in addition to other necessary data - will provide the NIP number and REGON number identifying it.

d) "consumer" – an individual making a purchase for his own personal use, not related to his professional or business activity. The consumer is the person who during the registration process in the store will leave the fields designated as NIP and REGON empty.

e) "warehouse" - a warehouse where the goods of the seller are stored.

2)

The sale takes place via a store located on the Internet in the form of a remote contract between the seller and the buyer or consumer.

3)

4)

The range of products offered by the store are articles, devices, items and accessories intended for the Vending, HoReCa, OCS, and individual clients industries.

5)

The information posted on the store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

6)

An indispensable technical condition required to use the services of the store is the buyer's or consumer's access to a computer, the Internet and appropriate software (web browser).

7)

Each entity making purchases during registration in the store is required to provide accurate, reliable and truthful data with due diligence. Purchases can only be made by adults.

8)

All products sold through the store are free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally placed on the Polish market.

9)

All prices quoted in the store are prices expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN). Unless otherwise indicated, they are also prices including value added tax (VAT). Prices of products on offer may change.

10)

Prices do not include shipping costs.

11)

A VAT invoice or receipt is attached to each order.

II. PLACING ORDERS

1)

Orders are placed via the website www.wnatural.pl. by choosing the appropriate functionalities found in the store.

2)

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

3)

The entity placing the order is obliged to carefully read the instructions, tips and hints of the store's website during the purchase process.

4)

Acceptance of the order for processing is each and every time confirmed by sending an appropriate e-mail.

5)

You can make changes and make corrections to the order already accepted for implementation. Correction and changes are possible up until the goods are shipped from the warehouse. In order to make a correction, please contact the seller using the information contained in paragraph I point 4

III.PAYMENT

1)

Buyers and consumers are obliged to pay for the purchased goods.

2)

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer or consumer, subject to point III paragraph 3.

3)

In the case of purchasing goods with a total value of PLN 370. shipping costs are borne by the seller.

4)

The choice of payment method is up to the buyer.

5)

The following payment methods apply to the store:

a) transfer to the seller's account

b) card payment through the PayU system.

c) payment in cash at the courier

6)

If you choose to pay by credit card via the.pl payment system, the buyer or consumer is obliged to comply with the regulations of the payment.pl system and to follow the instructions and instructions of the Payu.pl website.

IV. ORDER EXECUTION

1)

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

2)

Each product contains information in the product card, specified in days, indicating the fastest possible delivery date.

3)

If the product is said available within one day in the warehouse, the seller processes the order the same day the order is placed or the next business day.

4)

If the product is said available in the warehouse within a specified number of days, the order containing the product is processed within 24 hours of the period indicated there.

5)

In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the seller, which change the moment of product availability, the seller is always required to inform the buyer or consumer of such circumstances and the buyer or consumer may therefore withdraw from the contract.

6)

In the event of withdrawal from the contract as a result of the circumstances referred to in point preceding the buyer or consumer receives reimbursement of any services he has made to the seller.

7)

As for the time of product release and the resulting consequences, Article 544 of the Civil Code.

8)

The seller entrusts the performance of the shipment to a qualified carrier with whom the seller has a contract for courier services.

9)

The seller is obliged to ensure that the manner of packing and delivery of the sold item ensures its integrity and integrity.

10)

The buyer or consumer is obliged to perform all activities aimed at checking the delivered shipment, which activities enable the carrier to be held liable for improper performance of the goods transport service.

V. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

1)

The consumer may withdraw from the contract concluded with the seller without giving reasons by submitting a relevant statement in writing within fourteen days from the date of the contract. To comply with this deadline, it is necessary to send a statement before its expiry to the e-mail address kontakt@wnatural.pl or the correspondence address of the seller referred to in paragraph I point 1.

2)

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer is obliged to immediately send the seller back the purchased goods at his own expense and the goods should be intact.

3)

In the event of the consumer's withdrawal from the contract, the seller shall return to the consumer all benefits immediately, no later than within fourteen days.

4)

At the consumer's request, a withdrawal form is available.

5)

If the consumer purchases individual pieces of a food assortment with a value of no more than 10 euros, taking into account the type of purchased goods, the contract is considered a contract commonly concluded in minor everyday matters of everyday life.

6)

The buyer or consumer may complain about the purchased goods if they have defects reducing their value or usability, or they do not have properties that the seller assures, or the item has been delivered to the buyer or incomplete consumer

7)

The seller is not liable under the warranty for physical defects that arose after the danger passed to the buyer, unless the defects resulted from a reason previously inherent in the goods sold.

8)

The buyer or consumer wanting to complain about the purchased goods should immediately contact the seller using the information contained in paragraph I point 4 and then specify in writing the subject of the complaint and your claims.

9)

When submitting a complaint, provide all data necessary to identify the order, in particular: name, surname, company name, date and VAT invoice number, and describe the subject of the complaint.

10)

The Seller, taking into account the complaint, immediately replaces the defective product with a product free from defects. In justified cases, the buyer or consumer may withdraw from the contract.

VI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1)

Sharing personal data is voluntary.

2)

By registering at www.wnatural.pl, the buyer or consumer agrees to the collection and processing of information about him by WILLIAM'S E-COMMERCE Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Radzymin, ul. Wyszkowska 16, 05-250 subject to the right to amend and supplement them in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 133, item 883, as amended).

The administrator of personal data is the entity referred to in paragraph I point 1

4)

Shared personal data will be stored in the administrator's database and will be used for the adequate implementation of the sales contract and for marketing purposes, in particular to inform about new products, services and promotions offered by the store www.wnatural.pl

5)

Personal data of people using the website www.wnatural.pl are collected and stored in a way that prevents unauthorised access to them by third parties.

6)

Any person who has provided their personal data is entitled to control the data processed concerning them, and in particular to request supplementing, updating or correcting such data as well as requesting temporary or permanent suspension of their processing. They also have the right to request their removal if it turns out that they are incomplete, outdated or untrue.

7)

Out-of-court dispute resolution:

Please be advised that the customer who is a consumer is entitled to use the following out-of-court complaint handling and redress:

a) the possibility of submitting a request for conducting proceedings on the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes on the basis of the Act of 23 September 2016 on the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1823),

b) submitting a request to hear the case by the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court operating at the relevant Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection

c) asking the Municipal Consumer Ombudsman for help in the protection of consumers' interests and rights (e.g. http://konsument.um.warszawa.pl/). Free consumer assistance in the field protection of their rights and interests is also provided by social organizations, such as Consumer Federation

If you purchase Goods as a consumer, you are also entitled to use out-of-court dispute resolution and redress in the form of the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) interactive platform, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013 on the online system of settling consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009 / EC, hereinafter referred to as the "ODR REGULATION".

Pursuant to Article 1 of the ODR Regulation, the purpose of establishing the ODR platform is to provide consumers with a tool that facilitates independent, impartial, transparent, effective, quick and fair settlement of disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs on the territory of the European Union via the Internet.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

1)

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer

2)

The Seller reserves the right to withdraw the goods on offer.

3)

In the cases referred to in point preceding changes do not apply to orders accepted for execution

4)

In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of 02.03.2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights shall apply.

5)

Changes to the regulations made by the seller are subject to announcement on the Store's website.

6)

Amendments to the regulations do not affect the rights and obligations of buyers in the implementation of orders placed before the changes occur.
