Italian way of roasting gives a delicious taste, intensity and richness of aromas. When brewed in a pressure coffee maker, it gives a wonderful, thick, creamy foam known as Italian crema. Delicate nutty notes perfectly blend in with milk, thus it is especially recommended for caffe latte and macchiato.
